Cell Phones for cheap?

Texas Instruments has just developed a single chip combining functions that normally require multiple chips (such as memory, logic, power management) in cellular phones. This innovation will likely lead to more affordable phones. It’s also reported that Nokia will be the first to rollout the new breed of cheaper phones, in as little as 9 months from now.
