Man dies from “excessive gaming”

A 28 year old South Korean man died last Wednesday, reportedly from playing Starcraft for 50 hours, all with very few breaks. He had not slept, hardly eaten anything.. and police say died from a heart attack stemming from exhaustion.

Cell Phones for cheap?

Texas Instruments has just developed a single chip combining functions that normally require multiple chips (such as memory, logic, power management) in cellular phones. This innovation will likely lead to more affordable phones. It’s also reported that Nokia will be the first to rollout the new breed of cheaper phones, in as little as 9 months from now.
